This home went through a major transformation. In the kitchen, we removed a staircase to accommodate new floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinets. The added storage capacity greatly increases kitchen functionality. The island was designed with both seating and traffic flow in mind. For improved lighting, we enlarged the kitchen window and added under-counter lighting. The two-tone cabinets and farmhouse sink bring the entire kitchen into the 21st century.
Both the primary and hall bathrooms were completely remodeled. In the primary, we added a walk-in shower and a freestanding soaking tub. In-floor heating adds comfort on cold mornings. In the hall bathroom, we installed a free-standing vanity with integrated sink and the tub was replaced with a barn-door style shower.
Finally, the red brick fireplace was covered with new grey brick tiles in the living room. Luxury vinyl-plank flooring was installed throughout. White millwork and painted interior doors add the finishing touch.
We think the results are amazing.
