Sometimes remodels happen when least expected. SVG Interiors was called when our clients had a plumbing leak which led to extensive water damage in their kitchen. It required a complete remodel, including cabinets, floors, and interior doors. While this remodel was unplanned, it allowed us to make several suggestions for custom touches that added usefulness and value to their home.

The same clients required new exterior siding to replace the failing Louisiana Pacific (LP) siding that was originally installed on their home. The good news is that these remodels ended up paying for themselves when our clients sold their home for top dollar.
